What a difference a name makes

I was privileged to attend a talk by a top New Zealand rugby coach. He was talking about managing a team - all business leaders can associate with this! He pointed out that, in football, the people on the bench are called "substitutes" whereas in rugby they are called "game changers". The name puts a totally different perspective of the roles and I know which I would rather be!!
