About

Accountancy Plus Group was established in 2019 by Beverley Ford.

Bev's accounting services include cash management, statutory and management accounts and book-keeping for SMEs plus income tax and self assessment for individuals.

Bev qualified as an ACCA certified accountant in 2007 and comes from an industry background, specifically engineering/ manufacturing. She knows your financials and your cash management, and - having run an engineering company within an international group - she understands business beyond the financials.

This is why we also offer business services, including business support and management development support, helping you and your team to read the figures and make informed decisions, which is important in any business.
 

Qualifications

In addition to the qualifications detailed below, Beverley has been a financial director/ managing director in a manufacturing organisation; she is a chair of governors for a local specialist engineering college; she holds a BSc in Applied Accounting and a QBE in Human Resources.

ACCA

Beverley Ford holds an ACCA Practising Certificate. This means that Bev is authorised to provide a range of general accountancy services to individuals and businesses, including business and tax advice and planning, preparation of personal and business tax returns, set up of bookkeeping and business systems, providing bookkeeping services, payroll work, assistance with management accounting help with raising finance, budgeting and cash-flow advice, business start-up advice and expert witness.

QuickBooks

Beverley Ford is a certified ProAdvisor for QuickBooks. A QuickBooks ProAdvisor is someone familiar with the QuickBooks product line who has joined the QuickBooks ProAdvisor program and passed a certification exam.

Xero

Beverley Ford is a certified advisor for Xero. Certification demonstrates Bev's knowledge of the Xero's cloud accounting software.
